All meetings are by phone or online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
The Client agrees to pay the agreed cost up front at sign up of this Coaching Membership. In addition to this, the Client shall split quick-turn deals completed with the Coach at the split ratio per their membership agreement. Example 70/30 split, the client takes 70%, coach 30%. Coach will decide which title company to use, and the title company shall pay both Client and Coach their percentage individually on each deal.
The JV deal split will be decided on a case-by-case basis if you are not a Coaching client.
